DescriptionLecture Demonstration and Dance Recital which consisted of: Overture, introductory lecture, demonstrations a. basic physical exercises b. athletic movements and dance c. relaxation, balance and design, pyrrhic dance, and maidens of Delos, the Greek dance for children (arranged by Rita Ireland) The Nereids appease the wrath of Poseidon, overture - Satyric dance, introductory lecture - The Greek Theatre by Ginner, vintage dance, mourning rite, Medea demonstrates her magic to the daughters of Pelias (Fay Werner), Olympic games BC and AD, taming a wild colt (Eve Pettinger), moon moths (Teresa Early). Unless stated choreography by Ginner, also featuring the Bellairs School and the Arts Educational Trust.
