DescriptionOn 14 March 1936 500 performers, including students from the Ginner-Mawer School, appeared in a Festival of Greek Dance at the Royal Albert Hall. The two performances were sold out.

Pieces performed at the Festival were: Overture, Lyric Dance, Lyric Dance for Children, Athletic Dance, A Flower Festival, Pyrrhic Dance, "In Honour of the Fallen", "In Praise of Dionysus" and Finale. The whole Festival was produced by Ruby Ginner with Irene Mawer as Assistant Director.
