| Description | Warren Tracy, Librarian at the University of Southern Mississippi writes that they are starting work on the medallion which they will award to E H Shepard at their 'Children's Book Festival'. He writes that he hopes that Shepard approves of the plan for the distribution of the medallions and also asks if Shepard would be willing to tape an acceptance speech for them to play. Attached to the letter is a handwritten statement to certify that E H Shepard donated two original drawings to the University Children's collection, and a copy of a leaflet on E H Shepard produced by the University. |
