| Description | Comprises records from Geraldine Stephenson's time as a student and staff member at the Art of Movement Studio in both Oxford Road, Manchester and its later Addlestone, Surrey location, which Stephenson attended after graduating from Bedford Physical Training College. The series comprises the following:
- Stephenson's essays and notes from lessons and planned teaching sessions with staff including Sylvia Bodmer, Rudolf Laban, Jean Newlove and Lisa Ullman
- Stephenson's Solo dance recital and group rehearsal photographs
- Material from projects with the Laban Art of Movement Guild, including pamphlets for modern dance holiday courses and correspondence with Esmé Church relating to collaboration at Bradford Northern Theatre School and Bradford Civic Theatre, both for children and young people. |
