Meetings covered topics such as examinations, syllabus, anniversaries, lectures, courses, elections, Congress days and visits (such as going to South Africa). Also includes the new Elementary Syllabus revised in 1960. The last meeting minuted is 22 October 1961.
Contains loose documents (removed and stored separately) such as examiners fees and expenses, reflections on the structure of the Imperial Society, rules concerning election of Committee Members, and two thank you letters to the Committee for gifts received.
