Copy 153 has 19 pages and is handwritten throughout, it also contains a booklet with a synopsis for each scene and corresponding dance notation (19p.) with a note 'Produced at the Prince's Theatre in Manchester, 1936'. Copy 389 is in a green booklet which was ring bound and on the cover explains that "Mother Earth" is 'A mime Ballet for children by Madge Atkinson'. This copy is also handwritten and is 16 pages. It also contains a booklet with the same contents (18p.). Both the book of notes and the cover have a sticker which states 'The Property of:- M.E. Hardy, Manchester. 16. A note beneath this states that it was given to Madge Atkinson in 1954. |
