DescriptionIn the centre of the photo is a university building under construction with scaffolding around the front and sides. Some of the external walls are up and inside there are two site workers bent over some wooden planks with piles of construction materials in the space to the right. On the left of these two workers is a wooden plank bridging some of the space between the front and the back walls, with other shorter wooden planks crossing this, perpendicular to the initial plank. On the right hand side of the building, are many piles of wooden planks, bricks and other construction materials. Behind this building is a smaller section of another building which has piles of earth and wooden planks within it. On the right hand side behind the central building, are two temporary, white wooden huts/ cabins with a freestanding scaffolding structure in front of them. Poles with electricity cables run behind these huts and on the far right of the photo is a hedgerow boundary with a large bare branched tree within it. To the left of the central building is an open space with a small construction vehicle with 'RICHARDS [?] WALLINGTON' written on the side, as well as other piles of construction materials. There is a road which runs from the right, behind the central building, and joins another, incomplete road crossing it. There is a small van parked before the cross section. On the other side of the road, on the left, is a muddy open space which inclines down towards another construction area with men working on it. There are two tall bare branched trees inside this muddy open space. In the background, various other buildings and houses can be seen along with rows of trees.
