In the centre of the photo is an open muddy space with large dark clumps of earth in a mound on the left and much rubble and piles of other construction materials on the right, including some lengths of large dark tubing, some of which have curved sections prodtruding from them. Near one of the lengths of tubing on the right, stands a transit/ piece of surveying equipment on a tripod. In the centre of the photo, running horizontally, is the floor of a building which is in the early stages of devdelopment. Three workers are on this section - one driving a small dumptruck, another behind the dumper section of this vehicle and a third a little way from the front of it. A fourth man is working in a separate area on the far left of the photo. Behind the flooring section in the centre, are two large deciduous trees with a big space between them, through which more university buildings, further along in their stage of construction, can be seen. A tower crane is also viisble above a building on the left, in the gap between the two trees.
