| Description | Looking down on the Lecture Blocks from a higher vantage point, three main sections are clear: two roughly square shape in front and one oblong, behind. The whole of this block/ building has scaffolding around it. The left section is slightly higher and has no one working on it at the time of the picture. There are large, square gaps in the centre of the first two sections, the right hand one having four long planks or rods across its gap. Stacks of bricks are piled around the edge of the scaffolding border and bricklayers are laying bricks on the top parts of the walls on the second block section and the far side of a breeze block layer, past the gap in the third, oblong, section. There is a sloping surface to the third, oblong section which starts on the left hand side and moves down through the 'gap' in the centre of the section. Two cranes stand with their arms facing opposite directions, the nearest one's arm pointing to the top left corner of the photo. More buildings, still in construction, are visible around this main three block part and a further building is being constructed behind it (still in the framework stage and without any bricks). The second crane stands within this framework and near the bottom left foot of the crane, the word 'Bison' is printed on some rigid material. On the right of the photo are three more buildings, which look almost complete - the middle of these has two piles of sandbags on the roof. Behind the building area, on the left, is a sloping grass space which is surrounded by a perimetre line of bushes and trees.
