DescriptionOutside view of the construction of various university buildings. The photographer's viewpoint is high up, looking down on the lecture theatre block in front and out to the library behind. Academic buildings stand on the right hand side and look much further on in their stage of completion from the other buildings in sight. The lecture theatre block has scaffolding around one of the blocks which has no roof yet as opposed to the other blocks. A small staircase is visible under a concrete joining roof between the two blocks in front. Behind the lecture theatre block, the library has much of the external building complete and scaffolding around it, with transparent sheeting around the outside of some of it. The windows have not yet been installed. On the left of the library is a road with a van parked outside and a worker in a hard hat beside it. On the other side of the road from the library is another building with scaffolding around it and a row of temporary white wooden huts/ cabins. Behind the buildings is an open grassy space with an incline downwards from left to right. There are trees dotted around the rear of this space (on the left) and in the far background residential houses and trees in the town can be seen.
