DescriptionOutside, taken at a height looking towards the library and other university buildings in differing stages of construction. Below the scaffolding railing where the photographer stands, is a row of white temporary wooden huts/ cabins (mostly just the roof which is visible) and in front of this is a stack of wooden planks and another of bricks. Power cables run over the top of the huts. Over the road from the huts is the library building (still under construction) with five levels, the top three of which have window frames in. A small stepladder is visible in the far left of the second level, near the edge. Stacks of building materials and slabs are piled up within the lowest level. The sun is shining on this building but the road and nearside huts are in shade. In front of the library are stacks of wooden frames, wooden posts and bricks, some of which have covers draped over them. A trailor is visible on the far side of the road just down from the library. The next building along is not so far along in the construction stage and has part of the first level underway (forming an L shape). Pillars are set out around the edge of this building site space and approximately six men are working here/ within this. There is some scaffolding with plastic sheeting around it in the space between this building's area and the library. Various other buildings are seen to the right of/ behind the one level partly constructed building. In the background is a misty scene of residential housing, other buildings, fields and trees. Behind the library on the left hand side is another road and two, more completed, buildings and the field area.
