DescriptionPhotograph taken outside from a very muddy open space with Senate House on the right hand side a little way off (midground), a raised muddy bank on the left extending towards the centre of the photo and some other university buildings in the background. Senate House has much of its outer building work complete with most windows installed (though the lower level is still open with its wide staircase visible). At the bottom left of Senate House, a car is parked facing towards the photographer and on a downhill slope. Uphill, in the background, the university buildings have much of their outer structure complete and some windows installed. In front of the university buildings is a row of white wooden temporary huts/ cabins and at the end of this row is a freestanding scaffolding structure with lights on top. Up on the bank on the left hand side of the photo is a tall wooden post which leans in towards the bank. There is also a large, bare branched tree on the far left of the photo which rises above the wonky post.
