DescriptionPhoto taken from a height across the road from the library which is the five floored building in the central space. Much of the library's outer structure is complete, except for the ground floor which is open; stacks of contruction boards are piled up in between the central two pillars and two cement mixers are stationed near the bottom right hand section. A tall scaffolding framework is stationed on the right hand side of the library and rises above everything else in the photo. On the muddy space in front of the library are other stacks/ piles of contruction materials e.g. bricks, wooden planks and metal fencing. On the near side of this space in front of the library is a road, along which two men are walking, one wearing a hard hat. Along the roadside nearest the photographer are two stacks of long wooden planks and the roofs of some temporary huts/ cabins before those. Power cables run between posts dotted along the left hand side of the photo. On the left of the library is a small, dark wooden hut with a bench outside and on the left of this again is a larger, white wooden hut with a big stack of bricks and a car parked outside it. There is a road on the left of these huts which goes down towards the field behind all the buildings. This road joins another running perpendicular to it, which has another couple of huts on the far side of it. Two small huts also sit on the far left of the photo between the two roads running horizontally; one of these has LONGLEY written on the side. Behind the field, on the left, is a line of tall, upright, bare branched trees and the town behind is visible.
