1910 - Choreographed and performed dances for Handel's 'L'Allegro' at The Savoy (with Marie Brema's Company)

- Ginner formed her own dance company with five girls; first performance at the old Tivoli Music Hall
1911 Town and Country News 16 August 1935 gives this year as Ginner founding her own school
1912 Founded the Grecian Dancers which performed in London
1914-1915 Established the Ruby Ginner School of Dance. Studio at the Royal Albert Hall
1916 (1915) Joined by Irene Mawer - school became the Ginner-Mawer School of Dance and Drama.

Founded the Ginner-Mawer School of Dance and Drama in 1916 with Irene Mawer; was made a Freeman of Amphissa, Greece in 1948 and in 1951 awarded the Gold Leaf commemorative medal and diploma by the Hellenic Red Cross for services to Greece in the second world war (she, with Irene Mawer and Nancy Sherwood, raised funds and sent out water pipes and clothing); awarded MBE in 1968.
