| Description | Programme for a Dance and Mime performance by students of the Ginner-Mawer School of Dance and Drama for the League of Arts Hyde Park Entertainments. (Two performances 3 and 7 pm). The programme includes details of 'future arrangements' and some text on the history of the League of Arts. All profits from the performances were to go to the King Edward's Hospital Fund for London. The performances were: At the Alter of Kore, In the Palaestra, Autumn's Leaves, Bacchanale, Faun and Nymphs, Armies of the Earth and Air (Ginner), Les Pierrots a Varsailles (a mime by Irene Mawer), Fiametta's Shawl, Minuet, The Marriage of Columbine (a mime by Irene Mawer) with synopsis and company member list. Programme arranged by Ruby Ginner and Irene Mawer. On the back of the programme there are advertisements for The Tacchomo School of Dance, Drama and Music, a performance by The Hornsey Operatic Society and concerts at The Victoria and Albert Museum. |
