DescriptionAnita's list of memorable dances call this '"Festal Dance" A group for 8 dancers sometimes "Revelry"', danced to Arensky and gives the first performance date as 4 June 1934 at the Prince's Theatre Manchester. In the Natural Movement programmes it first appears as Festal Dance on the 20 June 1935, at a demonstration at Bergman Osterberg College. The latest it appears is 9 March 1939 at Schools of Poplar seventh annual Festival Concert at New Assembly Hall, London. However, Revelry appears in a programme in 1918 until 1937.
The costume consists of blouses, patterned skirts and belts.
