| Description | Two copies copy of annotated notation and music notation for this historical dance (Elizabethan).
The dance notation is typed over two pages and one copy of the music is handwritten over two sides of paper, one side is entitled 'New Cushion Dance' and the other 'Joan Sanderson of the Old Cusion Dance', no composer has been noted. The second music score is typed over one page.
