DescriptionThis series comprises Geraldine Stephenson's broad research into the discipline of dance and choreography, across a range of themes and periods. Some research can be linked to a particular project of Stephenson's, and this has been noted where possible. As well as research into dance and movement, Stephenson's research subjects also span costume, etiquette and social motifs and context.
Material comprises: art work and exhibition material relating to certain locations or themes; Stephenson's handwritten notes with photocopies of secondary resources (annotated and unannotated) and audio visual material; and Stephenson's notes from attendance at lectures and seminars relating to dance, choreography and movement.
