Paper headed with "Sunday" [Handwritten].
Florence writes that her primary source of assistance at this time, Sara [sp.?], has to go home as that lady's younger sister wants to leave home and "do munitions" [sp.?]. Florence writes that she feels "dreadfully sick about it". Florence also writes that Graham Shepard has "been so muggy…" and that he has been experiencing "nasty headaches"; Florence writes that she cannot find anything to amuse Graham Shepard. Florence writes that Mary Shepard has been gardening, and that together they made a bonfire. Florence signs off with the nickname "Mont".
