Description | Written at Red Cottage [Shamley Green, Guildford]. Card postmarked 22 February 1916 and addressed to E H Shepard; sent care of Mrs. Leatham [sp.?], 1 Royal Terrace, Weymouth, Dorset. Paper headed with "Tuesday" [Handwritten]. Florence writes that she felt "rotten" on Sunday. She asks that E H Shepard insist on leave and "come on Friday"; Florence writes that it will be "exciting". She notes that she feels better, and that Pip [Pip Gossage] has confirmed that she looks better. Florence asks that E H Shepard send her a pound, as she doesn't want to fall "short".
