Florence writes that it is after supper, and that she hopes that "Baba" [Graham Shepard] is "at last off to sleep". Florence writes that "It's a perfect evening again", and that she has gone out into the garden. Florence writes that "Sheap" [sp.?] came again today, and was "very nice"; she writes that "Sheap" [sp.?] was calmer, and notes that they believe in "telepathy, and all that". Florence writes that she "took the babes to church". Florence writes that she was given "some lovely pansies", and that she has sent one to E H Shepard. Florence writes that she has written every day to E H Shepard, but notes that she won't send her current letter off "till Monday". Florence signs off with the nickname "Pie".

Florence writes that she has received no letter that morning, but is not upset. She also writes that she is going for tea. Florence signs off again with the nickname "Pie".
