Letter postmarked 15 July 1916 and addressed to E H Shepard at 105 Siege Battery, R.G.A. British Expeditionary Force, France. Paper headed with "15th July" [Handwritten]. Florence writes that she has had no letter from E H Shepard today. Florence writes that she does hope that "the cellar soon got finished"; she writes that she hopes that he sleeps safely there. Florence writes that she once again dreamt of E H Shepard. Florence writes that the news from the front is "wonderfully good"; she writes that it has been reported that "you've all got to the second line of enhancements". Florence asks that E H Shepard be careful. Florence signs off with the nickname "Mont".
