Florence writes that she wore her "new stays" yesterday evening. Florence writes that "The news is still good in the paper". Florence notes that "Aunt E [Ellen Shepard?] is going to give Graham [Graham Shepard] some indoor shoes and Mary [Mary Shepard] a frock". Florence signs off with the nickname "Mont".
