Paper headed with "July 5th" [Handwritten]. Florence writes that she was "very glad" to get E H Shepard's letters this morning. Florence writes that she was afraid that he might have been injured, and an E H Shepard was listed as "wounded" in the paper; she writes that she was "determined I wouldn't worry unless I got a wire". Florence writes that she is pleased that E H Shepard had a bath.
