TitleLetter from E H Shepard to Florence Eleanor Shepard
Date27 Jul 1917
Extent1 paper, 1 envelope
DescriptionEHS is on his own this morning as Hughes has had to go to a headquarters near by. He describes their tunnel as dark and damp, they are hoping to get some whitewash. The mosquitos are a nuisance. Possibly tomorrow he is to visit the flying corps people so as to understand things with them and to work together. He is hoping [Serp?] can visit but seeing as he is a civilian, it might be difficult. He has got a heap of letters to censor - the men have been working too hard to find time to write but now things are settling there are more letters.
