TitleLetter from E H Shepard to Florence Eleanor Shepard
Date6 November 1917
Extent1 paper
DescriptionE H Shepard writes that 'they've' collared Garratt again on a job at headquarters, and Shepard can't help thinking that Garratt may have known something about it and kept delaying his leave so that it shouldn't interfere. He says that he doesn't care about being in temporary command of the battery, and writes that if only the possible 'majorery' were to happen. He asks Florence to pray for him to be granted leave. Shepard has a drawn a pencil sketch of two animals, perhaps mice, lying in a bed in a dug out
