TitleLetter from E H Shepard to Florence Eleanor Shepard
Date4 December 1917
Extent1 paper, 1 envelope
DescriptionE H Shepard writes that he is so glad that Florence is cheery about him coming here. He writes that the weather is good and it is such a gorgeous climate, and he says that if he gets a chance he will spend most of his ime doing sketches. He writes that life is one constant series of thrills for the populations, or what remains of them. He says that the English soldiers seem to be a source of endless interest. Shepard says that he has just heard a thrilling rumour, but he says that he is only going to whisper it; he has heard that leave is starting soon, so it may not be so long after all
