Description | Two typed manuscripts by Rudolf Laban. The title 'Doing and Dancing' is written in the bottom left corner of the longest typescript, which has two main sections. The heading for pages 10-18 has three variations: 'Introduction' (typed and crossed out); 'The importance of dancing' (handwritten and crossed out); 'The satisfaction of dancing' (handwritten). The heading for pages 19-42 has three variations: 'The Mystery of Doing and Dancing (typed and crossed out); 'The real recovery is dancing!' (handwritten and crossed out); 'The importance of dancing!' (handwritten). This typescript contains editing and is missing pages 38-39. The second typescript is of pages 32-45 (complete), with edits on page 32 only. |
