DescriptionMainly letters written to Leslie Burrowes/Goossens from students or audience members. Contents also include: documentation of class work 3 April 1948, leaflet for The Dance Centre, programme featuring Leslie Burrowes and her students Susan Small, Peggie Rowlands, Diana Jordan, and Prudence Ashbee. Small postcard to Mrs Goossens from Mervyn Peake informing Leslie that his wife, Maeve is ill and won't be able to dance with her the following day, the postcard has an illustration drawn by Peake of his wife ill in bed, articles, photographs of Burrowes in costume, letter from the Contemporary Dance Theatre Centre thanking Goossens for her participation in the opening programme of the centre 1954, article about the Goossens' and their family home.
