A note included on the programme explains that dances and ballets marked * invented and arranged by Madge Atkinson on the basis of her system of Natural Movement. All other dances and ballets invented and arranged by Mollie Suffield, with the exception of the Forlana, which is Traditional.

The flyers advertise the performance and provide details of the music and give credit to the work of Madge Atkinson and Mollie Suffield in addition to providing details of ticket prices.
