| Description | The dress is lined with a heavy cotton and the outer material is thick bright blue velvet.
It has a v-neck and darts down the front to give a fitted effect. There are hook and eye fastenings from the beck of the neck to the lower waist. It has long sleeves that have two popper fastenings on the inside cuff and meet at a point over the top of the hand. It has a very full floor length skirt.
There is some staining down the front of the skirt. |
