| Description | In the centre of the photo is the library under construction, taken from a higher vantage point. The first level has its concrete floor and the second's is in progress. There are some panels around the outside of the first and second levels and a smaller unit structure before the main building. Pillars for extending the building upwards rise above the rest of the framework on both the main building and the smaller section. A crane also rises above the left of the main building. In the foreground (below where the photographer is) stands another building, not yet completed but with a wall of outer bricks around it and some sectioned rooms within. This building has no roof yet. One man is working near this building, on the left of the photo, and two others are seen behind, walking towards the library building. There are three workers on the right hand side, two on the library first level, both assuming a similar position (one leg resting on a slightly raised level near the edge and leaning an arm on this leg. One of these two is stationed in front of a ladder which is propped against the side. The third worker is below them with a plank of wood in his hands. On the left of the library there is a large white cylindrical container with 'Longley' written across it in large black capitals. Oil drums and sheets/ planks of wood can be seen on the ground in front of this. Behind this is a row of white wooden huts and further back again is another building under construction.
