| Description | Dances performed on this day include: "Seraphic Dialogue", "Educatorial", "Diversion of Angels" and "The Owl and the Pussycat".. (All choreographed by Graham). This was an evening performance. Programme includes a "Change of programme" card which details "The management of the Royal Opera House regrets tat it has been unable to reach agreement with the Musicians Union for the Martha Graham Dance Company to use a specific tape for Frescoes...four performances of Frescoes have been withdrawn". Liza Minnelli has also agreed to perform in additional performances listed on this card. These dances are from a repertoire of dances, all of which are listed and detailed in the programme. An extra page has been added (opposite the performance list) thanking Mr. Steve Rubell for his generous sponsorship of the evening's performance. |
