| Description | Minute book of the Battersea Polytechnic Students' Representative Council. Includes records of meetings from 1 Jun 1932-25 Apr 1934. The majority of entries are manuscript, however the later minutes from 7 February 1934 are typewritten and are either pasted into the volume or appear as loose inserts.
Also included as a loose insert at the back of the volume are the Rules of the Battersea Polytechnic Students' Union. The rules are not dated, but appear to be a copy of the rules referred to in the minutes of 7 Feb 1934. These became the first set of rules for the Students' Union, which came into being the following year. |
