Description | A series of notes by Madge Atkinson and Anita Heyworth taken from the book by Blasis. The notes include floor plans for historical dances, music notes and text on the history of dancing with reference to a number of authors. A note placed in the book states 'Notes in MA's and AH's handwriting from Blasis (copy of Blasis given to Phrosso Pfister following MA's death). The notebook also contains a small slip of paper containing a list of handwritten references.
The notes on dancing make reference to Blasis; Read Baskervill; Siris; Weaver; Bull; Feuillet. Some of the note state/ are entitled 'north library' or 'reading room'.
