The nine photographs document children in performance both indoors and outdoors. Those taken indoors are posed and those outdoors are of movement. The children are in costume and some include props such as baskets. Most are groups photographs whilst two are of a solo performer in a elf like costume. Some of the images bear the stamp 'Union Graphic Press Co. 172 Fleet Street E.C. 4.' on the verso. All are approximately 8.5 x 6.5 inches.
The press cutting is from 'Bucks Free Press-June 27th 1952' and shows an image of a group of children dancing with hoops in a circle with the caption 'Graceful dancing by pupils of Godstowe School, High Wycombe, at the school speech day on Friday.'
