Each copy is unique, the first is handwritten over nineteen pages and includes notes on promenade; Bydlo; Hut of Baba Yaga; The Gnome; The Old Castle. One set of typed notes entitled 'Bydlo' including a cast list (2p); three typed pages and four handwritten entitled 'Il Vecchio Castello' (presented in a chart); thirteen handwritten pages entitled 'Children Quarreling at Play'; seven pages of typed notes referring to the following excerpts of the dance: Promenade 1; Promenades; Children Quarreling at Play; Ballet of Unhatched Chickens and Hut of the Baba Yaga.
The notes consist mainly of text, some illustration is used.
