| Administrative History | It would appear that the 'Review' was published as a monthly magazine and from the numbering system, its first issue would have been in 1894 when the Polytechnic first opened to students. It claimed to be 'not only a recreative, but an educational journal ' and its sub-title was 'A Journal of Literary, Scientific and Recreative Education.' How long it continued to be published is unknown. |
