On the left of the three buildings in a row is an open field/ grassy space with a short hedgerow cutting into it. On the near side of the road, are more buildings under construction with piles of bricks dotted around the area and a scaffolding rail in front of where the photographer is. Before the rail are brick stacks and a small, flat board propped up on two bricks, holding a pile of mortar.
