Description | Photo taken from ground level just at the base of a tall building on the left, with a protroding section. In the foreground on the left is a man walking away from the camera along a temporary path with wooden surrounds. On the right of this, the concrete pillar structures of a building early on in its construction can be seen. A boom crane is on the left of the building with its arm extended above it and its hook block lowered into the building to where four men are stationed. Another man, wearing a hard hat, is climbing up a ladder under the crane arm. In front of the building under construction are some very large mounds of earth. |
