| Description | Soft silk plain tunics. No sleeves, round neck and straight down to knee length with a split at either side. There are loops on the inside of each shoulder which fasten with a popper - possibly to attach to the straps of a bodice worn underneath the tunic.
All edges are sewn apart from the bottom hem. There are 21 white tunics and 3 cream/off white.
One tunic has the name label J S Shanks and one Williamson. |
