DescriptionSenate House fills most of the centre of the photo and has much of the outer structure complete with window frames (and possibly windows) in. The lower section wall is in the process of being built, with scaffolding up against it. In the foreground, in front of Senate House, is a raised bank of earth. A muddy road lies in the centre of the photo coming away from the main building. Six people are visible: two site workers near a digger vehicle/ in front of a parked car; and a group of four men walking up the road who look as though they are wearing suits. A contained/ fenced off area is on the right hand side of the photo, with a stack of industrial tubing, rubber tubes, a wooden palete and a bike, stacked against/ near the fenced area. On the right of Senate House another building is mid-construction with some windows in and on the left hand side of Senate House a row of wooden huts is visible, with another building behind these.
