DescriptionOutside view taken from muddy ground, looking over a metal hand rail onto the construction of a university building close by. This building, in the centre foregound has a concrete floor and the beginning of internal space divisions/ rooms by an inner concrete wall which snakes around the floor space and out to the far wall of the building. There is a rectangular/ oblong hole in the ground in front of the concrete wall and on the right are some wooden boards piled up. On the right of these are some metal rods which curve over at the top and sit in a row (protruding above the concrete floor), between the concrete layer and a layer of thin bricks. In the floor space on the right are piles of scaffolding, wooden planks, and more of these curved metal structures. A man is walking away from the camera, carrying a long wooden plank on this shoulder, supporting it with one arm. Immediately to the right of the photographer, in the foreground, a crane rises up into the air. On the left of the photographer is some more scaffolding with a platform where bricks are stacked up. Just above this, some bare branched trees stand. Further back behind the first building, are some more university buildings which are further into the construction stage. These have scaffolding around them and window frames in the ones on the right hand side. A ladder is propped up against the right hand side of both the building on the left and centre mid-ground of the photo. Four men are working atop the left hand building and another man is bricklaying atop the building on the centre/ right. In the background and to the left, a site of residential houses can be seen, on a hill
