DescriptionOutside view taken looking over a metal hand rail onto the construction of university buildings close by. The building, in the foregound on the left has a concrete floor and the beginning of internal space divisions/ rooms by an inner concrete wall. On the left are some wooden boards piled up. On the right of these are some metal rods which curve over at the top and sit in a row (protruding above the concrete floor), between the concrete layer and a layer of thin bricks. In the floor space are piles of scaffolding, wooden planks, and more of these curved metal structures. In the immediate foreground, a crane rises up into the air and either side of it sit large piles of wooden posts (approximately a metre in length). A sign with two parts is on the right hand side of the crane; the upper part of the sign has capitals printed on "C. A.C. ?." and "J. WEITZ" and the lower part of the sign has information about 'safe working loads'. In the photo right mid-ground are three small, separate concrete floor sections and a workman is standing on the third of these with his hands in his pockets looking up towards the crane. Behind him is a building with one level complete and a white double door visible across the gap from the man standing looking up at the crane. Two more men are standing in the ditch between, working at the base of the doors. A plank of wood is propped up against the roof of this one storey building. In the centre of the photo is an open space of muddy ground with many piles of bricks, two cement mixers to the left of these and men working around this space. Behind this open space are more university buildings further along in their stage of construction, with scaffolding around them. In the background on the right, a row of tall thin conifer/ evergreen trees can be seen
