DescriptionPhoto taken from atop one of the unversity buildings under construction, looking out at various buildings which are nearing completion except for one, much lower building, down in a space between the building row where the photographer is and the opposite line of buildings. There is scaffolding around the perimetre of the lower building and the immediate tower section of the building on its left. Some of the latter building's scaffolding has plastic sheeting up around it. The lower building has two levels at the moment, with the upper level having flooring on the far and near side, leaving a section of the middle open and the lower level on view. There are four men working on this roof area. A ladder is propped up against the inner roof part of the first level. On the left hand side of this building are piles of construction materials e.g. wooden planks, metal rods and some large, cuboid shaped hollow units. Two cement mixers sit in the space just left of the piles. Most of the other buildings have their windows installed and on the roofs of some of the buildings on the right, there are louvered slats of vents visible. Behind these buildings, in the background, rows of houses and trees can be seen.
